Acidity isn’t the main character here. Born Lucky is smooth, naturally sweet and balanced. Think orange, not lemon: a little lift, never a sharp acidic taste.
can I make it however I want?
Pretty much. Espresso, drip, French press, moka pot, pour-over or iced — with milk, sugar or straight up.
so... what makes this coffee different?
We keep it close to where it grows, then air-ship it fresh to New York. Fewer unnecessary stops between the farm and your cup.
